I have cousins across the country, and all over the world. Most of them I would not know if it were not for the family club run by all of the women on my dad’s side of the family. Every time I go somewhere, my grandma tells me that we have family there that I should call. I always tell her I do not need to call people I do not even know, but she always insists on giving me their number anyways. My brother is going to Cincinnati this week, and she gave him our cousin’s number who gives Cincinnati Chapter 7 bankruptcy advice. I doubt he will call them, but it makes my grandmother feel better that she tried. There actually are some benefits to the family club. We have really fun reunion and get together events, and I would not even know I am related to Fred and Ben Savage if it was not for our family club. One day I was watching Boy Meets World, and my dad told me that I was watching my cousin. I have even gotten the chance to meet them at some of our family functions, and they were really nice.
