HEART OF NYC

I love working for a big company right in the middle of New York City that handles a lot of clients.  Between our corporate office’s box at the stadium and all the gifts showered upon us by grateful companies that we serve, I’m getting all of the MLB tickets that I can handle.  I’m going on regular trips to Shea Stadium to see the Mets and pretty frequent stops at Yankee stadium; I’ve been on the occasional trip down to Citizen’s Bank Park to catch the Phillies and even made my way out to Pittsburgh a couple times for Pirate games.  I’ve been a huge baseball fan almost all of my life, but when I was a kid we were lucky to get out to see one or two games a year with the family.  My parents never had a whole lot of money and tickets to baseball, or any other sport for that matter, cost a good deal of money.  Now I’ve got the best of both worlds though – I’ve got a great job that pays me plenty of money to do whatever I want, and I’m getting all the free tickets to all the baseball games that I want to go to.  Maybe this is just God’s way of paying me back for missing all those games as a kid.
