I've got some work left to do and then I can finally go out tonight! There are just a few more things I need to research about bankruptcy laws for one of my clients and then I can start getting ready for tonight's date. I've been looking forward to this all week! I can't wait to see if this guy proves himself to be as much of a gentleman tonight as he was when I first met him at my friend's New Year's party. I haven't really been able to keep him off of my mind since and, according to my friend, he hasn't really been able to either. We haven't called each other, but we've been able to send each other a few e-mails. We both have really hectic work schedules. I actually think going on a date again is going to be harder for me than the research I've been doing! The last really memorable relationship I had was two years ago. We actually ended on good terms and we still keep in touch occasionally. He's living in Spain now. In fact, in a more recent correspondence, he suggested that I should come to visit but, to be honest, I'm really excited about the potential for a new relationship with the man I'm seeing tonight. If it doesn't work out, for whatever reason, then I can always consider Spain!
